Every Tishya garment is consciously crafted to support your mindful practice, and finding the perfect fit in non stretch heritage fabric can take a moment. If your piece is not exactly what you need, we are here to help.

14 days From delivery, to return or exchange

We accept returns and exchanges strictly within 14 days of your order's delivery date. After 14 days we are unfortunately unable to offer refunds or exchanges.

Choose what happens next

Exchange - Free return shipping covered

Swap for another size or colour. We cover the return shipping so you can find your perfect flow.

Store credit - Free no fee deducted

If the size or colour you want is out of stock, we issue full store credit with no return shipping fee deducted. Use it when the piece returns, or on something else.

Refund - $15 deducted from your refund

Back to your original payment method, with a flat $15 fee to cover reverse logistics and restocking. Original shipping charges are not refundable.

Before you send it back

  • Unworn, unwashed and completely unaltered.
  • Returned with all original hang tags still attached, in the original packaging.
  • Free of any makeup marks, deodorant stains, stretching or odours, including perfume and sweat.

Because our women's tops feature a built in Pima cotton support layer, they are classified as intimate apparel.

All returned items undergo a rigorous physical inspection. If a garment fails to meet these hygiene standards it will be rejected and sent back to you at your expense, or securely discarded without a refund.

Processing and refund timing

Once your return package reaches our facility, please allow 7 business days for our team to carefully inspect the garment and process your request, after which refunds are issued to your original payment method and may take a further 3 to 5 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.
