Packed by hand, sent with care.
Every Tishya order is packed by hand. Each garment is checked before it leaves us, then carefully packed and sent on its way to you.
Orders containing two or more garments also include a complimentary cotton mesh wash bag, designed to accompany your Tishya pieces from your wardrobe to the wash. It can be used to wash your Tishya garments in the washing machine.

We currently ship across Canada and the United States. Available shipping options and delivery estimates are shown at checkout based on your shipping address.
Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates and may vary depending on the carrier, destination, weather and other circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping cost
Free shipping on orders over $150.
For orders under $150, available shipping options and their costs are displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Duties
All duties are included in the prices shown on our website.
You will not be charged additional import duties when your order is delivered.
Tracking your order
Once your order has been dispatched, we will email you a tracking link so you can follow its journey.
If you have not received your shipping confirmation within the expected processing time, please check your spam or junk folder. If you still cannot find it, contact us at hello@thetishya.com and we will be happy to help.

Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Delays can occasionally occur due to weather, carrier volumes, holidays or other circumstances outside our control.
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate when placing your order. Tishya is not responsible for delays or additional costs resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address.
